What you'll do:
- Achieve ESS & EA sales target in the assigned BUs in PQ.
- Formulate and implement a sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives in line with corporate and regional strategies.
- Develop and implement plans to increase market-share and profitability of enterprise products and services (value-based concept).
- Develop key market segments to enhance long term business prospects. Establish strong key accounts focus with high level of CRM.
- Work with marketing primes to implement the company's marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image.
- Leverage EATON's local and regional resources to close projects and create customer's satisfaction.
- Comply with customer or projects bid review process and provides bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements of the project or customer. 8. Lead and maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments (cross BUs and functions), focusing on providing a high value for customers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in Electric Engineering.
- At least 6 years of sales experience in key market segments/ Top 20 key accounts in Taiwan/ Solution sales , preferably with 3 years management experience.
- At least 5 years of sales experience with related green energy industry.
- UPS, Battery, tendering related.
