Eaton's AER MSD Mission System Division is currently seeking a EHS Analyst. This role is based in Davenport, IA.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $67500.0 - $99000.0 a year.

What you'll do:
The EHS Analyst will ensure our site's compliance with environmental, safety and health regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, maintenance, and achievement of goals in support of corporate and business group EHS strategic initiatives.
- Provide technical expertise to ensure compliance with local, state and federal environmental, safety and health regulations including OSHA, EPA, IDNR, etc.
- Ensure compliance activities and reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Develop and manage EHS trainings and site-wide communications to address near misses, incidents, and to promote employee engagement.
- Provide EHS management of change support and guidance for new projects, facilities changes and process changes.
- Participate in corporate and regulatory EHS compliance audits.
- Conduct incident investigations.
- Follow all prescribed safety and environmental principles.
- All other related duties as assigned.

Position Criteria
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in an office, indoor, and outdoor industrial environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and ability to climb stairs and ladders.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental studies, manufacturing engineering, management/business, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Minimum of (3) three years experience working in EHS in a manufacturing environment.
- No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 70 miles of Davenport, IA to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. "Green Card Holder"), Political Asylee or Refugee.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) certification.
- Comprehension of industry, state, and country EHS requirements
- Ability to lead and support cross-functional EHS teams and to listen effectively and express ideas clearly to exchange information in a team environment
- Ability to make independent judgments on technical issues
- Strong time management and organizational skills
