We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Early Career Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring early career professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships with talent and a keen eye for identifying potential.

Job Responsibilities:
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Campus Managers, Early Talent Program Managers and key stakeholders in business to understand the needs and provide guidance on hiring early career talent. Support Campus Managers in their strategies for sourcing early career talent through university partnerships, career fairs and other channels.
• Process Supervision and Diligence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse pool of candidates. Support branding Eaton as an employer of choice for Early Talent through various branding initiatives and events.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional business environment with proven experience in recruiting.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Preferred qualifications:
• Previous university relations recruitment experience.
