What you'll do:
Demand Support Representative (DSR) is responsible for supporting Eaton's demand generation activities, including acquisition of inbound leads through LiveChat/emails/phone calls and further qualification of them as well as marketing leads generated from various marketing sources (web; events, digital marketing activities, automated lead scoring programs) for Eaton sales and/or Eaton partners. DSR triages all suspected leads, profiles them using desk research technics, qualifies through proactive telemarketing activities, prioritizes leads, and delivers qualified leads to Eaton own sales teams or channel partners with a consolidated value-add overview of the insights obtained through the research. DSR works closely with sales and field marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs of leads, continuous improvement of lead quality and further development of profiling and qualification approaches.

Daily qualification of leads acquired by conducting desk research using multiple internal and external sources and proactive telemarketing activities:
- LiveChat management,
- Routing of leads and technical inquires to responsible functions and/or partners,
- Providing Eaton marketing materials and product documentation to leads upon request,
- Ensuring timely management of leads by sales colleagues and channel partners through proactive reminders and proper follow-up cadence,
- Providing regular feedbacks on the lead quality to campaign managers/marketing communication people and sales teams
- Helping marketing to adjust lead scoring models in marketing automation system to increase quality of automatically qualified leads,
- Track lead management results and report to the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communication/business/technical school,
- 1-3 Years
Skills:
- MS Office, Salesforce CRM, SAP, Electrical product knowledge is an advantage,
- Native speaker of one of the following languages: English/German/French/Spanish,
- Fluent/Intermediate level of English to be able to communicate with colleagues, Strong communication skills,
- Curiosity towards customers, as well as electro-technical business,
- Objection handling,
- Ability to raise questions and maintain discussions in a natural way,
- Ability to listen and record insights,
- Good research skills,
