Eaton's Electrical division is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative - Parts Order Management. This role offers a Hybrid work scheduled and is based out of our Raleigh, NC. location.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $56,520 - $82,500 a year.

What you'll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Customer Support Representative - Parts Order Management provides internal and external post-sales support of spare parts, warranty replacements, and repair of units. This position will manage parts orders to include order entry, backlog management, and leverage all available resources to meet customer expectations while creating a positive customer experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provides general parts order management to include; order entry, promised date compliance, backlog management, coordination of material shipments, on time delivery, order expediting, and status/tracking of orders, coordination of Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for warranty and contract exchanges, RMA issuance for repairs, and accurate invoicing of parts shipments per customer purchase order.
- Collaborates with sales, technical support, purchasing, credit, logistics, and legal departments in an effort to drive order issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Provides solutions and alternatives to customers in order to meet needs.
- Proactively communicates in a timely manner with customers about order verification, order status, pricing and shipment status. Coordinates in a timely manner with supply chain to verify lead times, schedule customer orders according to their delivery needs and communicate special handling requests.
- Support Sales and the Distribution Channel and manage complaints and issues affecting customer orders.
- Manages order backlog to ensure forecast accuracy for the business unit.
- Meet call management goals through maximum availability in the phone queue. Provide exceptional customer service by adding value to each call.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer support, supply chain, or professional business experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
• Relocation is not offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50 mile radius of Raleigh, NC will be considered
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficient with computer and software tools - including advanced Excel capabilities, advanced database knowledge (SAP, Oracle Service, OBIEE) and other PQD related software programs.
• Previous experience in call center, and/or customer interfacing order management work environment.
