Eaton's Residential Wiring Devices Division is currently seeking a Channel Operations Manager-Retail. This is a hybrid position (work from home 2-3 days per week) and can be based at our Moon Township, PA or Peachtree City, GA location and will require approximately 25-30% travel.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year.

What you'll do:

The Channel Operations Manager will report directly into the Director of Retail Sales. They will be responsible for cross-functional coordination between the retail sales team and the broader organization, including product managers, finance, front-end systems, pricing, operations, and account managers. This individual will monitor monthly and yearly retail expense and marketing budgets, including rep agency commissions. The role will leverage cross-customer data to recommend and implement programs to maintain a competitive market position.   • Develop, monitor and report out on retail KPI's (sales, orders, backorders, fill rate, promotion performance).
  • Develop and distribute product mix reports to drive opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with the team on promotions, customer communications, and product launches.
  • Manage the process and requirements for on-boarding for new Agents / Retail Team Hires.
  • Communicate code changes and recommend new products to account managers and the product team.
  • Track all budget spending, work with AP to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Own project management associated with customer Product Line Reviews.
  • Clean up the Geo Codes, Sales IDs, and SIP Templates to create efficiency in sales reporting and goal setting.
  • Fines tracking across all accounts; responsible for managing customer fines reporting, leading discussions on root cause and counter measures.
  • Monitors all account level deductions and programs.
  • Own retail team price increase process and deployment strategy to include the cost justification documentation and coordination with pricing team.
  • Maintains and updates all contracts on SharePoint.
  • Develop financial modeling associated with new product introductions, store distribution growth, and retail resets.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, sales operations and/or marketing
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the specified job location(s) will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with big-box accounts
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail marketing/sales

  • Strong analytical to identify trends and sales patterns, quantitative, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to uncover data trends, patterns and insights in sales data
  • Exceptional personal drive, curiosity and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
