What you'll do:
- Own and be responsible for end to end sales growth and profit plan execution.
- Define and drive strategic initiatives for growth. Develop and implement effective business strategies to attract new customers, expand market share and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Develop new and existing customers across the region, utilizing both the devices and systems portfolio. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target OEMs. Understand their requirements and ensure our product offerings align with their needs
- Work closely with the product line and operational teams to achieve sales targets & strategic initiatives. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our products meet market demands and client expectations.
- Implement and manage customer / CSO pricing strategies
- Embrace and implement Eaton standard process

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or similar in Electrical Engineering
- Comprehensive experience in commercial Fire market or similar
- Commercial experience managing large customers
- Fluent in German and English
Skills:
- Analytical thinking, Ethical at all times
- Work well within a team environment, whilst being able to plan and execute own work initiatives
- Strong presentation skills
