We are seeking an experienced Life Safety Business Development Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead the business development activities steering and nurturing growth for Life Safety Business within Middle East.

What you'll do:
- Pro-actively initiate and execute Life Safety business development actions within Middle East targeting profitable growth.
- Establish framework of cooperation with internal (Sales, presales, services, other BUs) and external (customers, consultants, partners) ecosystem.
- Drive the increase sales ecosystem product & application knowledge by support, identifying training needs and transferring knowledge and best practises.
- Drive effective product launches.
- Function as a Voice of the Customer channel for product management when defining New products as part of NPD ProLaunch process.
- Manage and support presales teams and sales in defining the optimal product portfolio for specific account and coach for the right value prop. and positioning.
- Consolidate local market input including local competitive landscape, pricing information as well general market trends and sharers the input with the specified audience.
- Partners with Life Safety Product Managers, other BDMS and other Business Unit functions and ensures they stay in close contact with markets and customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferrably Electrical or Electronics Engineering. MBA is a plus.
- Experience in sales, business development, product management or other relevant business role within the Middle East Life Safety or power distribution or Commercial Buildings and Infrastructur segments.
Skills:
- Has good understating on requirements for Life Safety or electrical equipment.
- Ability to take initiatives and drive them autonomously, strongly customer-oriented.
- Ability to think and act strategically.
