Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for Accounting, SEZ Compliance, Budgeting and controlling related activities. He/she will be accountable for completeness and correctness of Financial Accounting & Finalization of accounts, Support to Direct and Indirect Taxation, Statutory Audits, BSR and Internal Control. A key member of the Finance team and will have independent responsibility to monthly closing of books of accounts of Plant and Internal Audits.
The position reports to the Finance Controller of Aerospace Business India. This role is instrumental to ensure an adequate internal controls environment throughout the plant for Financial Accounting related all the activities.

Review and develop monthly checklist for SEZ compliance. Ensure completeness of all compliance accurately and timely.
Review the applicability of GST and ensure timely submission of returns.
Establish a process for Daily monitoring of expense & estimate monthly operating profit for weekly review.
Develop proper system to calculate and record cost optimization data. Develop a system to report all exceptional transactions to Business Head and Finance Controller on periodic basis.
Develop data and process to analyze the Cost out and Cost in data received by SCM and confirm timely to update the same in Encore.
Accurate Mid-year and annual transfer pricing calculations to be provided to Region, Group, TP team.
Coordinate and implement improvements to monthly close procedures ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Responsible for the implementation and deployment of actions to ensure an adequate environment of internal control related to financial accounting and processes.
Support annual physical inventory ensuring compliance with corporate procedures and accuracy of physical count. Ensure appropriate cycle count procedures are deployed.
Ensure functional activities related to process improvements and standard work.
Accurate, timely submission of information to the region for Footprint Project and FX.
Support and drive working with Plant team to achieve the forecast results for Margin and Burden.
Technical capability to prepare, analyze and interpret various cost and operational data/reports.
Superior analytical and thinking skills; Intellectual rigor and curiosity; problem-solving capability.
Understanding of Plant and global business issues, including foreign currency impact and local customs and duty requirements.
Qualifications:
- CA / ICWA (Inter) /MBA Finance with minimum 7-8 Years of post-qualification experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Manufacturing Organizations
- Cost Accounting, GAAP, ERP (MFGPRO, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong Interpersonal skills with good communicating
