  • Monitor, analyze, and ultimately reduce process variation using statistical process controls, and partner with operations to reduce the cost of poor quality (e.g. scrap, defects, customer complaints, etc.) and drive continuous improvement (e.g. support kaizen events, daily tier meetings, etc.).
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team including operations, supply chain, and engineering to effectively introduce new products and processes, implement changes, and validate capability to reproduce existing products and processes leveraging Eaton's Advanced Product Quality Plan (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) by performing necessary tests, supporting pFMEAs, collecting documentation, and supporting communications and training.
  • Regularly review and provide feedback on our Quality Management System and participate in audits to improve the effectiveness of our QMS and ensure alignment with IS0 9001, AS9100, AS13100, and other 3rd party certification bodies and customer requirements.
