The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Talent Acquisition Team means you will be a part of a collaborative and professional team. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Events and Engagements Associate to join our ambitious TA dream team and help us attract top talent via modern & innovative recruitment marketing and branding strategies.
Your primary responsibilities.
- Understand the needs of the enterprise, research talent market trends and translate this knowledge into a cohesive strategy to achieve our objectives
- Provide Talent Acquisition leaders with effective guidance to undertake appropriate programs to drive brand attraction
- Represent Talent Acquisition amongst key stakeholder groups to ensure effective efforts are selected to achieve attraction and candidate conversion goals
- Design, plan, schedule, and organize career networking events
- Track, measure, and report on event results
- Create and manage internal and external recruitment events calendar
- Develop custom targeted lists and integrated CRM campaigns
- Research and suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
- Monitor external branding platforms and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute innovative and message driven recruitment marketing/branding campaigns
- Actively engage with Talent Advisors/TA leads to plan and implement branding strategies on attracting, retaining, and engaging top talent

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in Recruitment Marketing/Branding/Events/Engagements
