The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Governance and Reporting Team, the Associate will spearhead the management of the document and control inventory and lead high-priority projects within Enterprise Services, conduct data analysis, and provide informed recommendations.

A key focus of the department is analyzing data inputs and outputs to generate actionable business insights. In addition, the Enterprise Services Governance & Reporting IC Associate will engage in activities to ensure Enterprise Services document compliance, including projects aligned with defined milestones while delivering high-quality and timely results.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the document inventory for Enterprise Services in alignment with corporate policies and guidelines.
  • Leverage Enterprise Services documentation and control inventory to develop comprehensive reporting identifying trends, recommend tools that enable management to make self-driven data decisions, reducing production time and risk, while partnering with key stakeholders to understand business needs and reporting requirements.
  • Manage workload effectively, balancing competing priorities while adhering to procedures, metrics, and critical timeframes.
  • Lead and contribute to team-impacting projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Continuously seek and implement strategies for process and service improvements.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and open communication driven by a dynamic, agile approach to resolution.
  • Train team members to ensure consistent execution and reduce risks.
  • Present information clearly to targeted audience ensuring engagement and buy-in.
  • Maintain a strong focus on stakeholder needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issue resolution

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
