The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the FICC Operations Team, the Clearance & Settlement Analyst will provide operational support for the Government Security and Mortgage Backed Securities divisions of FICC focusing on trade capture, comparison, netting, and settlement services to the mortgage-backed and government securities market thus providing operational efficiency to this high dollar value marketplace. A key area of responsibility for the FICC Operations team is the support and preparedness of business resiliency and continuity efforts, cyber security events, and default/liquidity management.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete operational processes by following detailed procedures and job aides while working at understanding and mastering knowledge of the process
- Ensure results met in line with procedures, metrics, and benchmarks while adhering to critical timeframes; manage competing tasks
- Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk
- Maintain a focus on meeting the needs/requests of our clients, including responding to inquiries timely and accurately, resolving issues promptly
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate issue resolution, operational improvements, and risk reduction
- Demonstrate active engagement in meetings and display curiosity to learn and grow; accept feedback given and apply it to the role

Qualifications:
- Entry Level - internship experience (highly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
