The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Enterprise Digital Solutions Team, Associate Director will be managing a team of Business Analysts and overseeing the automation program from an end-to-end perspective, including managing requirements, capturing current state process, defining future state process, managing relationships with cross functional teams, engaging development team through scrum ceremonies, and providing sprint/functional demos as required to senior leaders. This role will focus on understanding the overall IT landscape within DTCC and guiding business units on functional approaches related to solution implementation with RPA, Low Code / No Code, Intelligent Document Processing, and Web Technologies. In addition, the Business Analysis Associate Director will enable design thinking processes and decision modeling using automation compliant methodologies and tools to support process reimagination and deliver best in class client experience by incorporating customer journeys across our product portfolio.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze current state of product offering by defining business processes and codifying business rules by using innovative design tools and methodologies
- Engage business and technical partners to plan development milestones, release artifacts and updating existing operating models
- Organize business and functional requirements into EPIC, stories and maintain product backlog
- Performing critical analysis on the incoming opportunities to ensure use case has technical feasibility, contains commercial benefit and will result in risk mitigation for line of business post implementation
- Ensure compliance to applicable standards and procedures during development and maintenance activities
- Demonstrate business analysis and/or process improvement skills necessary to provide business-engineering, analytical, and architectural services to transition business requirements into enterprise solutions
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to varied levels of the organization including technical personnel, business managers, and senior leadership
- Manage independently assigned projects, through the life cycle from initiation to closing
- Provide analytical and reporting capabilities to support decision making
- Participate meaningfully as a core member of one or more agile squads, including attending daily stand-up, grooming sessions and other agile ceremonies, documenting user stories, and tracking and reporting on relevant project metrics
- Participate in conducting interviews with subject matter experts (functional/technical), sponsors, and participating organizations prior to and during business architecture development
- Build and document architecture models/artifacts that provide mappings between users, systems, platforms and business functions
- Keep abreast of latest emerging patterns and frameworks related to automation, AI and bringing latest thought leadership in daily operations

Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Proven experience in managing projects involving RPA, Low Code / No Code, Intelligent Document Processing, Web Technologies, etc.
- Strong understanding of IT landscape and the ability to advise on solution implementation
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in delivering outputs
- Experience in crafting high-quality presentation decks by converting data and abstract ideas into logical stories
- Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills and experience in presenting to senior leadership in the organization
- Proficient with JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Process Mapping tools
- Hands on knowledge and experience in Agile ways of working (Kanban and Scrum)
