About the Role:

In this brand new role created for our small, but growing Product Management team focused on the Chemical Market Analytics business - you will support the team and broader business with a range of product administration, pricing, business analytics and customer analysis initiatives. You will work with the product management team and important partners from across the Chemicals team and the wider OPIS business. You will report to the Executive Director - Product Management.

You Will:
  • Use your existing analytical skill set while deepening your product management capabilities and expertise
  • Administer and develop our suite of Power BI/Looker Studio dashboards used for business intelligence and reporting
  • Analyze client usage data and other engagement metrics to identify opportunities to increase client engagement with Chemical Market Analytics products through training, content usage recommendations, and additional product uptake
  • Prepare and maintain our book of business and provide reporting to leadership and iterating with the finance team
  • Work with the pricing team and other important partners to maintain the price book, including company data
  • Product collateral preparation and support (i.e. sales enablement, enhancements, product roadmaps)

You Have:
  • 2-4 years' professional experience with B2B data/information, industry analysis, or applied software products
  • Domain knowledge in chemicals/energy or other related industry areas
  • Power BI/Looker Studio experience and basic SQL knowledge
  • An undergraduate degree in a mathematical, science-based, or related discipline
