• Transport orders from merchants to the loading site via bike or car, ensuring seamless operations between merchants and order dispatch.
• Engage in community outreach by distributing fliers, conducting drone demos, and placing yard signs to increase awareness of the service.
• Assist with customer support, making calls to ensure customer satisfaction and helping resolve delivery issues.
• Support contractor team scheduling
• Use tools like Google Sheets to assist with basic data entry and tracking operational performance.
• Participate in side projects that contribute to scaling autonomous delivery, such as customer feedback collection and community engagement efforts.
