You will report into the Senior Manager on our Global Strategic Sourcing team in our Finance organization. You will work hybrid, going onsite to a local DoorDash office in Mexico City.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

• Lead global sourcing (RFx) projects, negotiate deals (MSAs/SOWs), and manage a sizable spend across a broad range of subcategories.
• Influence, educate and manage internal partners on best practices for sourcing and contracting towards long-term solutions.
• Benchmark and facilitate best practices, analyze and monitor compliance; drive improvements through reporting and recommendations.
• Review and drive execution of contracts with a focus on commercial terms: pricing, payment terms, volume commitments, rebates, etc; liaise with the legal team in the execution of agreements.

We're excited about you because you have...

• 5+ years of experience in a strategic sourcing/category management role for indirect categories with some expertise in Technology
• Successfully developed relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, preferably at a medium to large startup
• Operated quickly to improve value for priority spend sub categories
• Juggled simultaneous projects with competing timelines and stakeholders, with precision and accuracy
• Collaborated and knowledge shared with both immediate and broader teams
