The Work Innovation team at Dolby is focused on transforming how we work and continually enhancing our digital employee experience through our systems, processes, and communications. We aim to innovate and evolve our systems, processes, and people to meet the moment of immense change, and opportunities, brought about by new technologies and business needs.
We are excited to build and expand our team in Bangalore and are looking for a Senior People Systems Analyst, SuccessFactors to join us. This role focuses on creating custom solutions, automations, and integrations that enhance our employee experience and streamline our People & Places processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, primarily focusing on Employee Central and Performance Management/Goal Management (PM/GM).
- Develop & maintain integrations within SuccessFactors Integration Center to ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and other stakeholders using ServiceNow HR Case Management.
- Review, validate, and process mass data upload requests using SuccessFactors import tool.
- Support the design and development of role-based permissions, business rules, and workflows to enhance system functionality and employee experience.
- Evaluate SAP SuccessFactors releases and fixes for system impacts, make recommendations, and participate in testing efforts. This includes evaluating and implementing AI functionality in SuccessFactors.
- Assist with audit responsibilities, including developing and executing audit queries to ensure People data integrity and compliance.
- Ensure data integrity across SuccessFactors modules and work with People, Payroll teams, and other operational teams when source data issues are identified.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of systems-related projects.
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities for improvement that align with business strategy.
- Document and maintain system procedures to support consistent and efficient system operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in configuring and supporting SuccessFactors in a global environment, with specific experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong knowledge of role-based permissions, UI configuration, business rule configuration, workflow administration, Integration Center and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot transactional, master data, and integration issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to think critically, analyze, and interpret data and data structures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
- Experience with ServiceNow HR Case Management.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes preferred.
- Experience with HR process automation.
