Job Description:
Pluralsight is hiring a Sr. Manager of People Operations. This role is a combination of strategically driving the People Operations Team initiatives as well as overseeing the day to day people ops function owning the Tier 1 function of internal customer support, data accuracy, and administration. This role is responsible for people process design and optimization, building policies and programs that deliver value for the business along with establishing a people operations operating rhythm that drives a culture of performance, and scalable, global internal systems.

What you'll do:
- Hire, develop, coach and lead a global team of high-performing People Operations Specialists, focused on providing an exceptional customer service experience
- Ensure People data integrity across People systems by conducting regular data audits to ensure accurate, timely organizational data
- Deliver streamlined, scalable employee lifecycle services, including onboarding and I-9 verification, job changes, offboarding and employment verifications
- Collaborate with People team Centers of Excellence in supporting company-wide programs (e.g. annual performance and merit cycle, annual benefits open enrollment, goal setting, large scale reorganization activities, etc.)
- Oversee the day to day management of tier 1 team member inquiries across the team, managing escalations to the centers of excellence as needed
- Diagnose and implement continuous improvement of existing programs, developing entirely new ways for us to seamlessly get great work done
- Track, report and deliver key insights on People Operations KPIs on a recurring cadence to leadership teams
- Use key insights to propose solutions or improvements to processes and procedures to ensure policies today fit our organization size and scale
- Manage external broker relationships for people operations tools such as Zendesk, Oak, etc.
Experience you'll bring:
- Experience in a fast paced people team environment, with at least 3 years of experience specifically in a People Operations role.
- Experience as a people leader in a People Operations team leading in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Optimization
- Scaled people strategies through stages of the business in high-growth mode
- Experience in maintaining, optimizing and auditing People systems
- Experience in Workday system strongly preferred
- Experience working in and across global teams
- You have experience proposing updates to processes and procedures based on data
- You have experience rolling out initiatives to a large team - including project planning, drafting communication, and tracking experience
- You have strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a knack for follow through.
- You have strong project management and collaboration skills.
- You are clear, concise, and organized in your written and verbal communication.
- You have a desire to grow along with our team
Requirements:
- Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $95,200 - $117,500 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
