We are seeking a University Relations Senior Recruiter with a successful track record of identifying, engaging, and closing top early career talent from undergraduate and PhD. level programs from the top Universities in Inda. Someone who is adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders, and a proven ability to effectively build relationships across all levels of the organization. A recruiter committed to collaborating with internal and external partners to develop and implement attraction strategies at respective schools and organizations. You are driven and always find ways of improving the quality of your work. We are looking for a teammate with outstanding interpersonal and consultative skills who can successfully flawlessly execute hiring tasks in a fast-paced environment. You'll report directly to the APAC Recruiting Manager and help build relationships with the Top universities in India and work closely with business partners to help guide their teams when hiring junior talent.

Areas of Focus:
  • Build and streamline a university recruitment program that will pipeline talent into our cross functional businesses
  • Work with Recruiting and Research leadership to cultivate relationships with universities aligned with Dolby's research priorities, talent needs, diversity/inclusion/belonging goals, and brand awareness. Utilize our Research Groups existing relationships, professional network, and Dolby employee connections
  • Measure the success of the UR program using metrics
  • Full lifecycle recruitment for top tier R&D talent for both full time and Intern roles
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the candidate pipeline to find, engage, and attract top university-level talent with a particular focus on Technical R&D talent
  • Manage the full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for our intern and graduate hiring with a focus on top Research and development talent
  • Develop new innovative and/or improve current techniques/processes for finding and recruiting candidates
  • Represent Dolby at hiring focused events, and conferences
  • Manage and run campus recruiting events, and activities focused on attracting students from diverse backgrounds
  • Build relationships with career service departments, professors, faculty, and student groups on campus
  • You will work across both UR and broader Recruiting, as well as partner with APAC recruiting team to build pipelines of top R&D talent
  • Prior experience in developing, planning, and managing early in career and/or university recruitment strategies and programs is a must
  • Proven and successful track record engaging, selling, and recruiting the very best university talent especially R&D talent
  • Deep understanding of building sourcing strategies to identify and hire top talent and measuring ROI/KPIs
  • Expert knowledge of recruiting practices, principles, applications and methods, including interviewing and assessment skills
  • Proven track record to effectively build relationships across all levels of the organization, and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, and extraordinary attention to detail and follow-through with both candidates and hiring managers alike
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter with a focus on Technical Recruiting and University Relations
  • Ability to find, attract and hire top R&D talent in areas such as AI, Computer Vision, ML and Data Science in a competitive market
  • Event and Program Management experience preferred
  • Experience processing candidates through Applicant Tracking Systems
  • A passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40% during peak recruiting season and work flexible hours when needed
