Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated, community-connected, and results-oriented Direct Sales Consultant to join our Boost Mobile team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, selling Boost wireless plans, devices, and services directly to customers, and providing a white-glove activation experience second-to-none within Denver. This is a field-based, part-time position that requires a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for exceeding sales targets, and abilities to deliver a white-glove activation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a local direct sales strategy to acquire new customers in Denver
- Proactively identify and generate leads through various methods, including networking, community events, referrals, and online platforms
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to individual customer needs, as requested
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our wireless plans, devices, and services
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales quotas
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, competitive offerings, and company promotions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing technical support
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of sales experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the wireless industry, plans, services, devices, and eagerness to develop new knowledge
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a natural ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Local knowledge of the the Denver area (local travel required within the Denver area to meet customers, attend community events, and generate leads)
- Current college student is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $20-$25/hr
