Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate Supervisor to join this dynamic team of recruiting professionals who are tactically focused on helping us deliver upon our hiring goals. This is a high-exposure role that will give you the opportunity to leverage your strong communication and relationship-building skills. This position will work in partnership with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and coach a team of Recruiters and Coordinators through mentoring and learning experiences to successfully achieve all SLAs (time to fill, quality of hire, etc.)
- Ensure effective talent acquisition tools, resources, and campaigns are used to source and attract top talent
- Manage special projects as a collaborative member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to innovate and continuously improve our process
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to create a partnership that produces consistent and exceptional results
- Drive an exceptional experience for candidates, employees, and hiring managers
- Responsible for the full candidate experience from first contact to offer letter acceptance
- Oversees interview scheduling, hiring manager feedback, offer letter creation and verbal offer discussions
- Creatively identifies and pursues innovative talent attraction strategies that will have an impact on attracting top talent
- Review resumes for specific skill sets and determine if the required qualifications are met
- Perform additional assignments per management's direction
This position is onsite at our Englewood, CO location.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of solid knowledge and experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in full lifecycle recruitment.
- Ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to proactively identify problems and make reasonable data-driven recommendations
- Dedication to accuracy, attention to detail, and intense execution while prioritizing multiple projects/candidates at once in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence leaders across various departments
- High level of expertise with Google Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence and negotiate effective business solutions
- Proven ability to build partnerships across all levels of an organization
- A strong focus on continually learning the industry, competitors, and innovative talent attraction strategies
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
