The IT Support Engineer will work as a member of the internal customer support team in IT Operations. The primary responsibility of this role will be to resolve end user computing issues for internal DISH customers. They will leverage ServiceNow and SCCM to provide support and solutions at our field offices. As part of a tier-two support team they will be providing support for Windows computers, tablets, and mobile devices such as Android phones and Iphones. They will also assist with telephony, video conferencing, and various TV and consumer electronics technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve ServiceNow tickets promptly while delivering excellent customer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Dish-issued computers, mobile devices, and network equipment.
- Image, configure, and deploy end-user computing equipment and approved software.
- Collaborate with teams to address issues beyond the role's scope and serve as the main contact during outages.
- Manage VOIP systems, hardware requisitions, and asset management while maintaining organized IT areas.
- Create ServiceNow tickets for ad hoc tasks and draft knowledge base entries to standardize IT support.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree +1 year relevant work experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on follow-through, follow-up, and exceeding ticket closure goals.
- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and a history of finding solutions on the first attempt.
- Skilled at managing, prioritizing, and tracking multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and customer interactions effectively.
- Experienced in Windows support, with a positive, high-energy, and team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication, listening, and adaptability skills, thriving under pressure while assisting others.

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $80,000.00/Year
