Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets that align with the company's commercial goals and objectives
  • Lead and develop team of financial analysts, driving team results
  • Present results, analysis, and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize cost structures and overall business performance
  • Participate in cross-functional teams providing financial insight and guidance as pertains to performance management of field operations
  • Identify key areas of reporting and process automation
  • Oversee the preparation of regular financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Oversee treasury operations pertaining to payment to third party installers, inventory reconciliation, and performance measurement
  • Support third party installation leadership with executive decision support and insightful analyses
  • Support internal leadership with competitive labor market analyses and recommendations for adjustments
  • Review and assess third party contract terms, negotiations, and pricing agreements to ensure financial viability and compliance
  • Oversee certain month-end close activities pertaining to installation activities
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA, CMA, or CFA (or other relevant qualifications) or Masters Degree (MBA, Masters in Finance, Masters in Accounting) preferred
  • 5+ years of Leadership experience with a preferred minimum of 2 years experience in public accounting, consulting, investment banking, or other relevant professional services.


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable financial modeling skills and expertise in excel and powerpoint
  • High level energy and intelligence necessary to thrive in a Fortune 200 company
  • Budget and variance reporting experience
  • Prior management experience (including managing analyst, audit senior, investment banking associate are acceptable experiences)
  • Ability to work through ambiguous data sets to provide decision makers with clear, actionable information
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high throughput environment
  • Ability to work with leaders in matrix reporting environments
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, and others
  • Experience with scripting in VBA, Python, or others
  • Experience with manufacturing, logistics/distribution, multi-location retail, or oil and gas
  • Solid understanding of accounting, general ledgers, and experience with planning and performance measurement systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, COGNOS, SAP, etc
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
