Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with internal/external business partners
- Analyze data and provide detailed feedback
- Accurately track results of multiple pilots/initiatives
- Use problem solving skills to overcome unforeseen obstacles
- Collaborate with multiple functions of business and peers to achieve goals
- Adapt to ambiguity and document daily workload
- Effectively handle customer/business partner escalations
- Occasionally handle frontline escalations from Area FRCs and field partners
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills - Will need to develop/maintain business relationships
- Exceptional multi-tasking/prioritization ability - Must be able to accommodate requests from business partners very quickly and be able to identify which tasks require appropriate level of attention on a daily basis
- Superior work ethic and reliable attendance track record
- Adaptability and critical thinking skills - Must be able to develop/improve processes and solve problems to meet business needs
- Ability to retain many levels of information
Compensation: $29.82/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
