Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company adheres to applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Create and maintain compliance policies, procedures, risk assessments, and codes of conduct.
- Implement controls to detect and prevent non-compliance, reviewing practices for regulatory alignment.
- Conduct audits, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance compliance.
- Manage investigations into compliance issues, ethics violations, and misconduct, ensuring proper corrective actions.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate compliance-related risks to avoid penalties or reputational damage.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or at least four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong ethics, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects independently and effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the wireless industry and relationship management, with the ability to travel and work closely with leadership.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments; familiarity with database basics is a plus.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
