We are expanding our consumer direct and omnichannel capabilities to support our growing 5G network and evolving television landscape. As a Product Designer II, you will shape user experiences by collaborating with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative, user-centric designs.

As part of the Digital Product & UX team, you will work in an agile, squad-like model to accelerate omnichannel experiences across our businesses. Key partners include leaders from Retail Wireless, Enterprise Wireless, DISH TV, Sling, Product Management, IT, Digital Marketing, MarTech, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting and utilizing user research to leverage insights from Marketing, Voice of Customer, and Customer Insights teams
  • Collaborating with Product Managers to align design strategies with business goals and user needs
  • Designing user interfaces (UI) across various digital platforms, including web, mobile, and software applications
  • Creating visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with brand guidelines
  • Creating interactive prototypes and wireframes for user testing and stakeholder feedback
  • Experience planning, conducting, and analyzing usability tests to gather user feedback, validate design decisions, and iterate on designs
  • Working with design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency and scalability across products
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
  • User-Centered & Strategic Design - Leverage research, customer insights, and design thinking to advocate for users and align design strategies with business goals.
  • Interaction & Visual Design - Create intuitive UI/UX across web, mobile, and software platforms using strong typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Prototyping & Usability Testing - Utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to develop prototypes, conduct usability tests, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Collaboration & Problem-Solving - Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and marketers to navigate design challenges and ensure consistency through design systems.


Education and Experience:
  • Education & Experience - Bachelor's or master's degree in design-related fields or equivalent experience; 2+ years in product design with a strong track record.
  • Design Skills & Tools - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools; strong portfolio showcasing design process and impact.
  • Collaboration & Implementation - Experience working with cross-functional teams, supporting development with assets, specifications, and design guidance.
  • Agile & Growth Mindset - Familiarity with agile methodologies, front-end technologies, and a commitment to continuous learning and industry best practices.

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
