Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and innovative Staff Product Manager to join our Device Portfolio, GTM, and Apple Product Management Team. This role focuses on driving the long-term product strategy, business development, and analysis of our service pricing, rate plans, VAS and device portfolio, and competitive product landscape. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategic product initiatives that align with company objectives, optimize our product roadmap and service offerings, and enhance customer experiences. There will be specific focus on capturing and presenting financial benefits for each component in the Boost Mobile product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Product Portfolio Planning:
- Develop and execute a long-term integrated strategy for our product portfolio (e.g., rate plans, device pricing, product roadmap), ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Retail Wireless Product, Marketing, Innovation and Operations teams to optimize product planning and model subscriber and revenue growth.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Alignment:
- Integrate GTM strategies for device, service pricing and VAS launches, with a focus on growing the subscriber base and maximizing revenue.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Retail teams to align product introductions for maximum customer and revenue growth.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and coordinate with GTM teams to refine GTM strategies.
- Business Modeling:
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key external partners (e.g., Apple, Google) to assess exclusive products, services, features, and programs.
- Develop and present business models and forecasts to show potential subscriber and revenue growth within a 12 month horizon.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the device and VAS ecosystem to drive revenue and customer engagement within a 12 month horizon..
- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Leverage internal and external data sources to assess portfolio performance, customer trends, and market opportunities.
- Develop and present business cases and ROI analyses to support new product introductions and strategic initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to influence executive decision-making and prioritize resources.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Act as a central liaison between internal teams, including Network, Device Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Sales, to ensure cohesive business planning within a 12 month horizon.
- Provide leadership in aligning diverse stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
- Lead regular product portfolio review meetings to communicate performance metrics and strategic direction.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in product management, business development, or related roles, ideally within the technology or telecommunications sectors.
- Strong understanding of wireless product and service ecosystem, device portfolio dynamics, and GTM strategies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic product roadmaps.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in consumer electronics or mobile telecommunications.
- Deep knowledge of emerging trends in device technology and customer behavior.
- Demonstrated success in launching innovative products and driving adoption.
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $175,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
