Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Marketing Analyst with a strong background in marketing analytics and martech to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in analyzing our acquisition marketing performance, serving as the primary point of contact for marketing stakeholders and partners. Your insights will guide acquisition efficiency, mix, and strategy to optimize performance and customer quality. Additionally, this position will involve close collaboration with customer lifecycle analytics and marketing data science teams to leverage insights across the organization. Your expertise in martech and data-driven strategies will play a key role in enhancing our marketing effectiveness and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Analytics and Martech Integration:
- Leverage advanced analytics tools and martech platforms to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and sales performance on both the eCommerce website and Amazon.com.
- Ensure seamless integration of martech solutions such as customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms to drive cohesive marketing strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic sources, click-through rates, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Implement and refine multi-touch attribution models to provide a comprehensive view of marketing performance and customer journey insights.
- Develop and execute advanced digital acquisition strategies, utilizing SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, affiliate marketing, and other digital channels.
- Optimize campaigns across digital platforms using martech tools for A/B testing, multivariate testing, and audience segmentation to improve ROI and customer engagement.
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and track market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation, product positioning, and promotional strategies on both eCommerce and Amazon platforms.
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and market dynamics to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, IT, and other cross-functional teams to align analytics and martech efforts with business objectives.
- Partner with marketing data science teams to implement predictive models and machine learning techniques for audience targeting and personalization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and martech innovations to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Experiment with advanced analytics methodologies and martech solutions to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, martech, or digital marketing roles, with a focus on eCommerce and digital analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
- Expertise in martech platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Anaytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and eCommerce solutions (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating data insights into impactful recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,200.00/Year
