Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Messaging: Develop and refine our messaging strategy to align with our business goals and brand positioning
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content for use across marketing materials
- Serve as a consultant on public facing communications for our leadership team
- Team Leadership: Grow a team to mentor and supervise communication specialists, fostering professional growth
- Brand Management: Monitor and maintain our public image, ensuring consistency and authenticity
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to coordinate communication initiatives and achieve objectives with corporate communications and internal communications teams
- Measurement and Analysis: Establish KPIs to evaluate communication effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of related experience
- Proven success in senior communications roles with strategic planning experience
- Exceptional writing, public speaking, and crisis management skills
- Strong leadership ability with experience managing high-performing teams
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
