Job Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice President of Billing, Payment, and Collections, The Head of DISH Billing Operations will be empowered to shape and manage day-to-day back-office operations and the customer billing experience. This leader will help to develop and support strategies that optimize the efficiency of back-office operational support for multiple lines of DISH businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams overseeing all facets of the consumer billing experience for all EchoStar brands (DISH, Sling, Boost)
  • Develop procedures to process customer billing
  • Manage policies supporting customer offers
  • Support departmental budgets related to billing
  • Collaborate with our technical partners to make improvements to the various billing systems

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Experience leading projects and initiatives efficiently and effectively

  • Knowledge of the elements of payment and billing events or trends
  • Familiarity with payment and billing regulatory reporting and compliance
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting complex data or large amounts of information accurately and taking action confidently
  • Executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively across varying audiences
  • Collaborative, hands-on approach to work that is reflected through their management style and employee communications
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
