From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company's well-oiled onsite operation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service requests from field offices
- Coordinate with third party service providers
- Track preventative maintenance services to ensure contract compliance
- Prepare and provide status reports,updates, and tracking of various projects and services
- Assist with processing invoices for vendors
- Manage purchase orders, procurement of FF&E, and tracking of related expenses
- Support Facilities Managers as needed
- Other duties as assigned
A successful Facilities Coordinator will have the following:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months of related experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work well with staff at all levels
- Ability to adapt to a very fast paced environment while maintaining a high standard of excellence
- Proficient Google suite skills, including: Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Slides
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
Compensation: $20.72/Hour - $29.62/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
