Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic, Ad Ops Specialist who will ensure seamless ad tech integration, manages campaign execution, and maintains platform expertise to support high-performance digital marketing operations. They oversee ad trafficking, performance monitoring, quality assurance, and ad inventory management, collaborating across teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Additionally, they lead advanced project execution, contribute to graphic design, and drive continuous improvement through post-project analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Ad Tech Integration and Campaign Execution: Ensure seamless integration of ad tech platforms within the IT infrastructure, maintaining compatibility, data compliance, and technical integrity to support high-performance digital marketing operations
  • Campaign Trafficking & Setup: Oversee and assist with digital ad setup, including creatives, email marketing, landing pages, tracking, and ad placements across platforms
  • Performance Monitoring: Track campaign delivery and performance, addressing discrepancies promptly to maintain optimal campaign effectiveness
  • Ad Inventory Management: Monitor and manage ad inventory to ensure availability and optimal utilization across platforms
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA of ad creatives, tags, and placements to ensure proper functionality and user experience
  • Graphic Design: Create and collaborate with vendors on an ad hoc basis to develop and optimize visual assets, including ads, presentations, and landing pages, while ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Advanced Project Execution and Oversight: Drive the execution of high-impact projects, monitoring deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Anticipate and mitigate complex risks, ensuring the successful achievement of project milestones
  • Platform Expertise: Maintain expertise in ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, and others
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, marketing, and IT teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of working experience in any industry
  • Experience in digital media or ad operations; familiarity with ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager) and programmatic tools (e.g., Flashtalking) is beneficial
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to detect discrepancies to maintain smooth operations
  • Organizational Skills: Highly skilled in managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously with effective time management
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud. A basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients
  • Problem-Solving: Quick, effective solutions for campaign-related issues
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis to support informed adjustments and improvements

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
