What You'll Do
- Responsible for leading several high value and critical analytics projects simultaneously from concept to implementation. Coach and guide junior analysts to develop robust analytics solutions (models, strategies, analyses and/or analytical reports). Performs research and builds new analytical capabilities by leading the adoption of new tools, methodologies and best practices to improve team productivity.
- Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It
- Responsible for leading several high value and critical analytics projects simultaneously. Responsible for designing analytical frameworks, creation of analytics roadmap, and planning and scoping of complex analytics projects. Removes ambiguity and brings structure to complex projects and new analytics initiatives by providing direction and analytics thought leadership. Influences the organizational data roadmap and creates best practices for simulations, general analyses, modeling, strategy design, and testing to achieve organizational goals.
- Partners with business and process owners on analytics projects from concept to delivery. Implements models and develops strategies in partnership with business. Drives excellence in value measurement by looking at value drivers holistically and partners with business and process owners to define success measures and value measurement methodology. Provides input and consultation to business partners on various statistical, technical, data, or business issues.
- Develops comprehensive cost benefit analyses to capture financial and other impacts of initiatives. Presents the results of analyses and strategy recommendations to senior leadership and business partners.
- Coaches and guides junior analysts on statistical concepts, machine learning, analytical tools and methodology.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Master degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Analytics
- 4+ years of experience in Quantitative/Analytics/Data Science/Technical role
- In lieu of education 6+ years of experience in Quantitative/Analytics/Data Science/Technical role with a Bachelor's degree

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
