Job Description:

What You'll Do

Responsible for formulating system scopes and objectives relative to the business plans and industry requirements. Provides technical guidance concerning the business implications of the application of systems. Provides technical consulting on complex projects. Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and translates them into system requirement specifications. Develops project plans, creates test cases, creates implementation plans, assigns and reviews work of the team, and coordinates the business rollout plan.

How You'll Do It

  • Helps management maintain and enhance department or functional units in support of the overall marketing processes, customer communications and compliance risks.


  • Utilizes data and insights to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies, foster collaboration, and problem solve issues around marketing campaign operations.


  • Innovates and drives operational strategies and process improvements to meet business and operational goals.


  • Ensures a streamlined, more efficient, and effective customer experience.


  • Analyses and designs business systems including, diagnosing business needs and related requirement specifications, system development planning, creation and implementation of test plans, and on-going project oversight.


  • Supports data enablement and optimizes use case requirements to help deliver timely, accurate, and measurable customer communications


  • Translates business requirements into system specifications and provides them to technology teams.


  • Develops job aids, implements quality control procedures and training documents to ensure platform and process changes are clearly defined for end users


  • Monitors and tracks implemented solutions against original specifications and makes necessary adjustments.


  • Supports data enablement and optimizes use case requirements to help deliver timely, accurate, and measurable customer communications

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration and Management, or Information Technology.
  • 4 + years of experience in Software Development, Business Analyst, Project Management, Scrum master, Finance or related experience.
  • In Lieu of Education 6 + years of experience in Software Development, Business Analyst, Project Management, Scrum master, Finance or related experience.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience working in workflow tools e.g. Jira, Workfront


  • Experience with data stewardship or data mapping


  • Experience working with marketing technology and/or content management platforms, product owner role


  • PMP, Lean, Six Sigma certifications

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
