Supply FP&A team are the Performance Managers for Plan, Make, Move, Procurement and other areas, including brand innovation and engineering as well.
We are one team with the supply operation and have a plenty of occasions to understand the business focus areas and get business insights on sourcing, production or logistics.

The Supply FP&A Manager - Central BPM role is about reporting, forecasting, explaining and owning supply business performance, driving business insight, being a key business partner for the broader Supply FP&A team. This role sets the rhythm of monthly and yearly finance processes and drives the consolidation of financial results for Global Brands Supply market.
About the Role
- Deliver monthly management reporting processes (various BPM reports, landing report, O&R, Extended WC and cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also prepare deck for the related review meetings
- Play a key role in the preparation and submission of Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan
- Play a key role in ensuring completeness of profit center/market figures
- Deliver accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the partners
- Support finance processes where business judgement is needed; provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified or requested
About You
- Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business
- Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred
- 5-6 years experience in relevant area
- Strong accounting experience
- Strong financial / commercial analysis background, proven ability to communicate with partners at varying levels and the ability to flex to different market environments/ cultures
- Great consolidation skills with a focus on not losing the big picture
- Have an excellent understanding of PowerBI and preferably Alteryx solutions with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making
- Fluent English knowledge
