Context/Scope:

This role will be part of D&T- Global STP & Procurement. This candidate will be responsible for delivering digital solutions for Coupa and help drive efficiency in our STP & Procurement operations aligned with the priorities of the business. The purpose of this role is:
  • To support the business partner in developing & delivering the source portfolio of projects.
  • Handle the analysis and design phases of our global & regional projects in the source area, supporting the development and deployment of these projects across the regions.
  • Provide the technical governance for new and existing global assets developed across source.
  • Become the domain guide from a process and system perspective within source.
  • Maintain an external perspective to understand future, external trends and what the top CPG companies are doing and bring this knowledge in support of developing and evolving the strategy in this area.


Qualifications and Experience Required
  • A bachelor's level degree from a recognized university is preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience with 3+ years of important experience in Coupa (procurement, sourcing, e-invoicing, and Supplier information management).
  • The candidate should have strong Coupa implementation experience and should be able to work independently on improvements and configuring new features in the Coupa application.
  • The candidate should have strong business analysis experience and be able to work closely with the business on requirement gathering and gap analysis.
  • The candidate should be able to configure, test, and explain the additional features in the new release to the business users.
  • Good understanding of SAP ECC/SAP S4 and integration elements of Coupa-SAP integration.
  • Strong process knowledge of Procurement, Sourcing, Accounts payable, e-invoicing, and vendor master.
  • Candidates with good experience/knowledge of Coupa APIs will be given preference.
  • Candidates with experience in other cloud applications (SaaS) in addition to Coupa will be given preference.
  • Candidates with prior CPG proven experience will be given preference.
  • Strong communication and collaborator leadership skills.
  • Proactive approach, teammate, quick learner with tenacity and strive to succeed.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and engagement skills combined with the ability to balance priorities.
