The Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable recommendations to improve business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

This role works closely with stakeholders and teams within D&T, Marketing, Planning & Innovation in a global capacity.

  • Analyze large datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop predictive models and algorithms to support business objectives.
  • Interpret data findings and translate them into actionable recommendations.


Reporting and Visualization:
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize data insights.
  • Present findings to stakeholders using clear and concise visualizations.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data presented in reports.


Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
  • Work closely with various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Planning) to understand their data needs.
  • Provide analytical support for cross-functional projects.
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.


Data Quality Assurance:
  • Implement processes for ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Identify data discrepancies and work on solutions to rectify them.
  • Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes.


Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.(AI, LLM, Etc)
  • Recommend improvements to existing data collection methods and tools.
  • Mentor the team on the data.


Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability in data analysis or a related role.
  • Proficiency working with large datasets from various sources (e.g., SQL databases).
  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS) and programming languages (e.g., Python).
  • Solid experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Knowledge of AI, LLM and machine learning techniques is a plus.
