About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Quality Control Inspector to join our dynamic team at the LKJ plant. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products, from packaging materials to finished goods. As part of the leadership team, you will contribute to achieving plant objectives in governance, safety, quality, cost, and people development.

Responsibility
- As part of leadership team in LKJ plant organization to deliver strategic objectives in governance, Aware for environment-health-safety (EHS), quality, cost, responsiveness and people development in order to achieve plant vision and support DIAGEO business in market
- Control and validate the quality of product specific in packaging material, visual inspection in empty bottle, filling process, until validate the labelling process and finished product
- Prepare inspection form, standard operating procedure (SOP), and work instruction (WIT) related to validation of quality inline process
- Check the cap / crown / can be used for the production process in accordance with the standards
- Comprehend the standard torque tester / tester used crimp
- Examine the contents of the bottle to be used for the production process
- Check the label used for the production process
- Comprehend the standard labels used
- Check the lot code printed
- Comprehend how to read the lot code
- Examine the contents of finished goods in cartons
- Fill qc tag in cartons and pallets that have been checked
- Ensuring products are produced according to the standards
- Record the data inspection in form and documented/input data in the business file
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the work area
- Familiar with process production, 5S standard, Food Safety Standard Requirement, Personal Hygiene and GMP (ISO TS 22000) and HACCP, VACCP, TACCP (ISO 22000).
- Support raw data for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Quality Department
- Active on tier 1 meeting and coordinate with production team for issue during process
- Inventory stocks of retain sample
- Support for innovation process for packaging material, create std palletizing, label dan fill volume
About You
- Strongly leadership capabilities as per DIAGEO Leadership standard.
- Minimum: Senior High School graduate or D3 fresh graduate
- At least 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage industry (or a recent Bachelor's degree graduate)
- Understanding of the production processes for alcoholic beverages
- Proficiency in using standard computer programs
- Familiar with process production, 5S standard, GMP/PRP, and HACCP
- Understanding the sampling plan (AQL)
- Able to lead or work effectively in cross functional teams
- Ability to work respectfully with individuals from different cultures, religions, and languages
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and concise information exchange
