About the role
Role will have direct accountability and ownership for one of Diageo Netherlands' biggest grocery customers - Jumbo & Superunie HQ, which plays a pivotal role in the delivery of the channel and overall business. You'll lead a strategic and differentiated customer joint business plan. You will be instrumental in delivering Category and Consumer-led initiatives across the total Diageo portfolio to provide win-win-win solutions for Diageo, customers, and shoppers.

Top Accountabilities
- Direct management of customer P&L. Deliver customer critical metrics and financials targets. Undertake corrective action if/where needed.
- Create, own, and implement joint business plans with the customer. Track and ensure execution against agreements.
- Work cross-functionally to build integrated plans, identify new opportunities for incremental business, and proactively turn these ideas into action.
- Negotiate and implement customer contracts.
- Lead strong internal processes for forecasting, commercial planning, and M&E.
- Own the customer relationship - deliver brilliant customer service at every touch point.
- Ensure Diageo is known as a trustworthy and respected partner with whom to do business.
About you
- Solid experience in Key Account Management, ideally in a Consumer Product Goods environment.
- Language Requirements: fluent Dutch and English
- Energized in pursuing growth - seeks opportunities with challenges, has short and long-term vision, and adds energy to the team.
- Trailblazing and influencing come naturally - an idea generator who will lead the business and customer to victory by bringing creative solutions to the table and delivering brilliant execution.
