About the role:

The Media & Content Manager is responsible for driving integrated media and content strategies that elevate brand connection and drive growth in the Beer and RTDs categories. This role will develop and implement world‐class, data‐driven media plans and engaging content that resonate with target consumers. By blending creative storytelling with innovative media execution, the manager will ensure that all campaigns are optimized for digital channels, e-commerce, and traditional media touchpoints.

Working collaboratively with cross‐functional teams and external agency partners, the role champions a future-focused approach-anchored by local insight, joined-up thinking, and continuous performance optimization-to build brand salience and deliver on business objectives.

Role Responsibilities:

Integrated Strategy Development
  • Craft a comprehensive media and content strategy tailored to the Beer and RTDs categories, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, market trends, and consumer insights.
  • Set clear goals and budgets in collaboration with brand marketing and category teams.


Content Creation and Management
  • Oversee the production of compelling, platform-optimized content-from digital assets and social media narratives to traditional creative formats-that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Regularly audit and refine content to maintain relevance and ensure regulatory compliance.


Media Planning, Buying, and Execution
  • Develop and execute innovative, data-driven media plans that include digital, social, and e-commerce elements, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery.
  • Evaluate media scenarios and optimize plans dynamically in response to market shifts, budget changes, and performance data.


Agency and Partnership Leadership
  • Manage and nurture relationships with media, content, and digital agency partners, ensuring optimal performance and innovation in campaign execution.
  • Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain alignment and excellence across all initiatives.


Performance Measurement and Innovation
  • Implement rigorous performance metrics and continuous testing (e.g., A/B testing, SEO/SEM adjustments) to drive incremental improvements and ROI on marketing spend.
  • Identify and leverage emerging technologies and data-driven insights to refine both media and content strategies continually.


Experience / skills required: TE

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in integrated media strategy, digital marketing, and content creation-ideally within the FMCG/CPG sectors, with a focus on Beer and RTDs or related categories.
