Diageo Vietnam is a young IMC. The market is competitive for both locally produced products and for the international premium brands.
About this role
This role sits within the APAC COE for Planning & Logistics and based in the Diageo Vietnam Office.
The role will be required to partner with 3PLs and stakeholders to deliver business requirement and achievement of business objectives and KPIs.
Role Responsibilities and Requirements
You will be responsible for:
- Leading customer service team in term of sales order processing and E-invoice system abiding by local tax regulations.
- Managing and solving customer & consumer queries and escalations.
- Managing stock movement both physical and via system complying with company policy and local legislation.
- Managing FGs packing and material replenishment and rework scheduling.
- Optimizing logistics cost and figure out productivity initiative.
- Implementing logistics activities as regional requirement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in a multinational or matrix organization
- Proven Track Record of managing stakeholders across all levels with clear and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Attention to details
- Problem solving skills
- Computer literacy presentation skills
- SAP system knowledge is mandatory
