This role will be responsible for ensuring time spent on Projects is allocated on a regular basis in Planview to allow accurate financial reporting against a Project

Market Complexity
The STP Governance & Transformation team has a global remit across STP Systems & Processes servicing most of Diageo's markets and users across all regions including Europe, NAM, LAC, Africa and APAC.
Relationships:
- Cross Business: Global, Regional and In-market Teams, Global IS Community including Programme/Project teams, Project stakeholders as well as other Process teams (Financial Control, E2E Commercial, Data).
- Internal: STP Service Delivery, STP Governance, STP Systems Admin teams across Budapest, Bogota, Bangalore, Nairobi and Manila.
- External: 3rd Party IS Service providers (eg. Infosys, TCS)
These relationships will encompass people based in a variety of locations and across multiple cultures, languages and time-zones.

Responsibilities
The STP Governance/Transformation SME (L5C) is responsible for:
- Supporting the STP Governance Manager to deliver the current & future project portfolio with STP impact
- Providing Business Analysis & SME input to efficiently deliver Projects
- Ensuring Project Delivery is aligned to the STP Global Process Framework
- Support transformation of the existing STP process with their knowledge of the best in class, fit for purpose process'
- Ensuring robust designs and limiting process deviations to only statutory and legal requirements
- Supporting delivery of the internal STP Process Improvement pipeline
- Support process knowledge gaps within the team
- Ability to work effectively across business requirements and technical solutions
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and pre-empting compliance issues
- Effective Business Partnering with Key Stakeholders across Diageo to ensure the insights into their projects & change requirements

Top 3-5 Accountabilities
Delivery of STP related projects assigned:
- Gap analysis is aligned, reviewed & approved
- Future design is robust, aligns to STP Global Process Framework & is reviewed and approved
Support delivery of STP process improvement pipeline:
- Input to & support delivery of the STP Improvement Pipeline
- Understand the future Process Framework of STP
Supporting team in knowledge gaps:
- Provide support to colleagues when required
Champion Compliance agenda across ALL STP Systems & Process
- Ensure all CARM requirements are met for new process designs
- Ensure that all internal system & process control procedures are followed
Qualifications and Experience Required
Key Criteria to be successful in this role:
- Competent in STP systems & processes with good experience on Travel and Expense(T&E)
- Knowledge of STP Governance framework, Controls and Key performance indicators
- Competent in PACE Agile delivery
- Competent in leading Analyze & Design phases of a project
- Basic People Management skills
- Competent in working with remote teams
- Good experience of building, developing and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving successful change
- Understands the role of Internal controls
- Able to work proactively and effectively in cross functional and global team at all levels in an organization
Skills Required:
- SME expertise in STP Systems (SAP/ Coupa/Newgen/Concur) and T&E process
- Knowledge of ARIS Process Modular preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Good leadership skills
- Solution oriented approach to challenge existing ways of working and to drive complex changes through effective stakeholder management
- Good communication skills
- Proactive approach with tenacity and drive to succeed
- Ability to motivate others
- Flexible on shift timings / night shift
