Role Dimensions

At Diageo, there are two core assets that drive growth across our business: our brands and our people. They drive one another.

As the Supply manager, you will support the Eastern Europe supply function within a critical role to drive operational excellence in line with the Eastern Europe strategy.

TOP ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Create and lead the Customer Collaboration Agenda, ensure there is common JBP with key distributors
  • Manage inventory levels in regional Hub to accommodate for demand and reducing level of slow moving and obsolete stocks (SLOBs).
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs (OTIF, Inventory- Slow moving and obsolete stocks) to identify areas of improvements and drive performance enhancements.
  • Support Inventory optimization by market utilizing the inventory target setting model to identify further opportunities and actions plans to generate for Cash as well as improving Service.
  • Explore new route to markets to optimize the supply chain operations and reduce lead times
  • Manage relationship with third party logistics provider (3PL) to ensure timely and cost effective transportation and warehousing services
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive rapid implementation to improve business financial efficiency (RtC, reworking effectiveness, Incoterms etc.)
  • Execute projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain sustainability agenda to promote adherence to environmental standards and reduce carbon footprint

ABOUT YOU
  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end supply chain management with 5+ plus years of experience in Supply planning (multi country experience would be an advantage)
  • Experience in customer collaboration and warehouse, transportation management is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to run diverse teams and lead and influence partners across an organization.
  • Track record of performance delivery.
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation and communication skills.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with an ability to anticipate, effectively prioritise and progress workload.
