About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Commercial Denmark to join our BxN (Benelux & Nordics) Cluster. This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead the Commercial agenda alongside strategic customers and buying groups within your team. If you're looking for a leadership role that significantly impacts business outcomes, this position is for you!
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Key Account and Field Sales Managers.
- Achieving set financial targets and execution standards.
- Developing channel strategies and creating robust customer plans to unlock growth opportunities.
- Build & foster strong relationships with customers, external & internal partners.
- Implementing an externally focused channel strategy.
- Contributing as a member of the BxN Leadership Team.
- 7+ years in commercial functions within Consumer Goods.
- Direct people management experience is advantageous.
- Previous experience working with Danish retailers/buying groups is highly preferred.
- Training or significant exposure to negotiations and Joint Business Planning (JBP) conversations.
- Fluent in Danish & English.
