The Guinness Storehouse (GSH) is Ireland's leading visitor attraction, in 2022 it welcomed 1.1million visitors from around the world. Since opening in 2000, the GSH has continually evolved as an attraction with seven floors of immersive and sensorial visitor experience including our flagship retail store, bars, restaurants, the Guinness Archive and meeting/event spaces.
We pride ourselves on our welcome, with the warmth and friendliness the Irish are famous for. We recently opened our second Gravity Bar which offers 360-degree panoramic views of Dublin city and over the past twenty years we have invested over €50m into the physical experience to cement our position as one of the leading attractions in the world.

About the Role
We are looking for personable, chatty individuals who can get to know our visitors and act as their guide through the world of craft beer. If you enjoy being surrounded by people and you are enthusiastic about customer experience, we'd love to hear from you!
You will be responsible for:
Participate in and lead Guinness Storehouse related duties: deliver connoisseur experiences including regular sessions, Guinness & food evening experiences, media & VIP tours, pop-up immersion experiences, beer sampling and beer events, educate and mentor Guinness Storehouse Assistants on the Guinness Portfolio and brewing processes
Participate in Guinness related duties: open gate brewery, product launches & promotions, trade events, Brewery Tours and represent the brand off site- locally and globally as dictated by business,
An ambassador for the Guinness Brand ensuring excellent standards: Communicate Guinness's global brewing expertise with a focus on heritage, craft and quality
When beer specialists are not required for particular beer roles they will be expected to carry out regular duties as required by the Guinness Storehouse and will be rostered accordingly.
