About the Function
The Global Supply organisation consist of Global Brands Supply reporting to the Supply Chain and Procurement President plus the in-market supply organisations reporting to the respective market GMs.

About the Role
Purpose of the Role
The Supply Performance JM supports the team and the Supply Performance Manager in providing meaningful information to the Group Executive Committee and Global Supply Leadership Team.
Amongst other reporting activities the role will provide financial support on COGS and Productivity reporting, and provide support to various supply projects (Agility)
Top Accountabilities
- Working with supply finance teams to deliver excellent tools for Global Supply & Procurement stakeholders, markets and other supply business partners to enable the delivery of world class monthly Global Supply reporting.
- The delivery of timely, accurate, relevant and insightful monthly reports on all aspects of Global Supply performance for COGs
- Working with the markets and the OpEx teams to develop and demonstrate a keen understanding of the drivers of COGS performance at a global and market level and ensure that actionable insights are shared with both Global Supply and market stakeholders
- Building up Supply Agility reporting structure, timelines, requirements
- Tracking and reconciliation of financials for the Supply Agility program including Actual, O&R, plan
- Owner of the exceptional cost centers, and ensure accurate monthly reporting of project costs
- Key business partner for the Project Managers, FCs and Supply Agility SFBPs
About You
- University degree/ professional accounting qualification.
- An experienced finance professional with 5-6 years of experience in multinational business environments.
- Demonstrates deep personal accountability for great performance
- Strong decision support and performance management capabilities
- Good understanding of BPM tools / processes and ability to identify improvement opportunities by using these.
- Highly analytical but able to identify and understand overall business drivers.
- Good understanding and ability to use data systems/ applications esp. Microsoft - Excel, BFC, ERP - preferably SAP
- Excellent stakeholder management, be able to challenge and guide more senior leaders
- Project management and improvement skills, ability to build up a reporting structure from scratch
