About the scope

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Experience is part of Global Business Operations (GBO) and provides oversight on financial activities and controls including management and external reporting and financial planning and analysis.

The department is responsible for the interpretation of financial data, the coordination and management of financial reporting, the management of the P&L delivering solutions that will increase insight and transparency, steering towards the defined strategy of the markets as well as driving automatization and innovation in the decision support infrastructure.

The role

The Analyst will collaborate with Overhead Business Partners and the COE Regional Lead to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, improve business value. With clear direction, they will demonstrate strong cross-functional influence to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth and accurate month-end close reporting
  • Coordinate reporting, forecasting, and analysis for market overheads
  • Provide timely insights to support forecasting and annual planning.
  • Support Business Partners and budget owners in understanding overheads
  • Drive continuous improvement in overhead processes, demonstrating automation and digital solutions
  • Deputize for Market Overhead Business Partners as needed.
  • Contribute to monthly management reporting, focusing on landing and O&R cycles
  • Conduct root cause analysis and deliver actionable business insights
  • Support the preparation and submission of the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan
  • Supervise profit center and market P&L completeness, ensuring consistency
  • Aid the forecasting process and provide regional-level analyses


About you
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and/or Financial Controlling is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant finance role.
  • Proven accounting knowledge and understanding of financial principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate sophisticated data.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive and structured approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to focus on key business insights.
