About You
We're looking for an exceptional strategic and commercial finance business leader with a drive, ambition and ability to drive and deliver consistent and exceptional business performance to unlock long term growth for our brands.
About the Role
This role will report into the General Manager of Philippines and will sit on the leadership team. This role will also have people management responsibilities and expected to be a role model who abides and lives by our leadership standards.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant finance and commercial finance experience with ideally 5 years working in emerging markets or highly volatile external experience.
- Prior experience within FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record to demonstrate brilliant execution to impeccably high standards and deep personal accountability for great performance.
- Obsessed with winning with our customers, consumers and shoppers with a relentless focus process improvement and ways of working to empower teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, drive and embed change through ambiguity and complexity across fast-paced and large multi layered matrix organizations
- Successful management of senior/key stakeholders at all levels (internal and external) and proven ability to hold others to account, resulting in strong and positive outcomes.
