This role is part of the newly created European digital hub based in Dublin, which was chosen for its thriving innovation, social and start-up community, and ability to attract top talent and entrepreneurs. The hub will function as an "extension" of the Digital Factory-a shared service to focus on technical details of digital and data-driven marketing and consumer activation. What you'll be doing: As our eCommerce Lead, you'll be at the forefront of transforming our approach to eCommerce in European markets. You'll shape the digital business and marketing agenda by identifying and capitalizing on evolving opportunities such as quick commerce, social commerce, and marketplaces. Your efforts will step-change consumer engagement at ecommerce touchpoints to increase both brand health and sales growth.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving transformation through collaboration across multiple Global, Regional, and Market cross-functional teams. In this hands-on role, you'll influence and facilitate the sell-in and delivery for Proofs of Concept and frameworks that establish key performance indicators such as sales and engagement metrics to measure success. Your contributions will ensure that we stay ahead of the curve in an ever-changing digital landscape while boosting our brand equity in Europe.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Drive eCommerce growth and engagement across Europe by co-developing go-to-market plans with internal collaborators, formulating innovative initiatives to explore Proof-of-Concept opportunities.
  • Establish proven new initiatives into 'business as usual' alongside Global and Market teams so our findings are quickly scaled across the region.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Brand teams to digitally activate brands with eCommerce partners from both brand and performance perspectives.
  • Foster a test-and-learn approach to accelerate optimization, while collaborating with other Digital Hub members to incubate new ideas that will deliver world-class experiences and drive growth through digital transformation!


What you will have:
  • Significant experience in managing eCommerce across all aspects from planning and negotiations to day-to-day operations and analytics, ideally acquired at both brand and eCommerce platform organizations.
  • Strong working knowledge of the eCommerce landscape across Europe, with a deep understanding of regional nuances to drive market-relevant plans while constantly challenging boundaries.
  • Consumer-centric mentality with an ability to understand consumer behavior and insights to work with Marketing/Brand teams to develop relevant online engagement and shopping experiences that resonate with the target audience.
  • Effective communicator who can articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively to influence key collaborators, confidently present plans and ideas, often to a senior audience.
  • Proven track record as a change agent driving change effectively with cross-functional teams through influence and collaboration, including implementing new initiatives, frameworks, processes or systems into "business as usual" (BAU).
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate numbers into business outcomes and insights to find opportunities and drive success.
  • Able to set ambitious targets, achieve them, and measure their impact on business objectives.
